Always Marco memberships and other digital purchases are processed by our payment provider. Refund eligibility is governed by our payment provider’s refund policy and applicable consumer law.
To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email, or use the support link in your account billing page.
Eligible approved refunds are issued to the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. Transaction records may be used to verify eligibility and timing, without limiting your statutory rights.
If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents you from accessing the features or benefits described for your purchase, contact us first so we can investigate. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact your payment provider’s support with the details and any response you received from us.
