Refund Policy

Payments

Always Marco memberships and other digital purchases are processed by our payment provider. Refund eligibility is governed by our payment provider’s refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your membership at any time from your account billing area or through the manage-subscription link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.
  • Any refund, withdrawal, or statutory cancellation rights remain governed by our payment provider's refund policy.

Requesting a refund

To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email, or use the support link in your account billing page.

Processing

Eligible approved refunds are issued to the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. Transaction records may be used to verify eligibility and timing, without limiting your statutory rights.

Product issues

If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents you from accessing the features or benefits described for your purchase, contact us first so we can investigate. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact your payment provider’s support with the details and any response you received from us.
